This statement describes how HAPPY-FUTURE Spirit-Wellness OG, Rudigierstrasse 1, 4020 Linz (“we”) processes your personal data. The statement is addressed to our existing and former clients, interested parties and potential future clients. We process your personal data concerning the following categories of data:

- Name/Company

- Date of birth

- Commercial register number

- Contact person

- Business address and other addresses of the customer

- Contact details (telephone number, e-mail address, etc.)

- Bank details

- Order data

- UID number

- Customer service requests

You have voluntarily provided us your data and we process them based on your consent for the following purposes:

Care of the customer as well as for our advertising purposes, for example to send offers, appointments and newsletters (in paper and electronic form), as well as for the purpose of referring to the customer’s existing or former business relationship (reference note).

Contact information

If you contact us by email, your details will be stored for six months to process the request and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.

Data storage/web-shop

We point out that for the purpose of easier shopping, the contract and the subsequent contract processing by the web shop operator in the context of cookies, the IP data of the port owner are stored, as well as the name, address and credit card number of the buyer.

The data provided by you are required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we can not conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

After a not completed shopping process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship are stored until the expiry of the tax retention period of seven years.

Legal information

In principle, you have the rights to information, update, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. For that, contact us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria the Data Protection Authority (DPA) is responsible.
